Hans “Former” Nielson`s more than four decades of experience is clearly visible in any of his superbly crafted pipes. One can immediately recognize the care and precision that this pipe carver brings to each of his creations. At age 15, looking for work, Hans “Former” Nielsen set out into the world, only to land himself a job repairing pipes in a small pipe shop in Copenhagen. Soon after, Former went to work for W.Ø. Larsen pipes and quickly became their master carver. Beginning with only the finest aged briar, Former?s innovative design and first-rate engineering guarantee, not only a beautiful pipe, but also an excellent smoking experience.
